喷涂式轻质砂浆- 冷弯薄壁型钢组合墙体抗剪性能有限元分析*

摘要: 基于ANSYS 有限元软件,介绍了喷涂式轻质砂浆冷弯薄壁型钢组合墙体的建模过程,并将计算结果与
试验数据进行了对比。分析了墙体高宽比、钢材的屈服强度、立柱壁厚及立柱间距等参数对组合墙体抗剪性能的
影响。研究表明: 减小墙体高宽比、提高钢材的屈服强度、增加边立柱壁厚和减小竖向荷载可以提高组合墙体的抗
剪承载力,但对墙体的抗侧刚度影响较小; 立柱间距和刚性横撑的设置对抗剪性能影响较小; 轻质砂浆厚度从
20 mm 增加到50 mm,其墙体的抗剪承载力和抗侧刚度分别为原来的1. 29 倍和2. 15 倍。

FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF SHEAR BEHAVIOR OF COLD-FORMED THIN-WALLED
STEEL WALL WITH SPRAYED LIGHT-WEIGHT MORTAR

ABSTRACT: Based on the finite element software ANSYS,the modeling process of cold formed thin walled steel wall with sprayed lightweight mortar was introduced,and the calculated results were compared with the test results. The parameters affected on the shear behavior of composite walls,such as the height width ratio of wall,the yield strength of steel,the thickness of end studs and the spacing of studs were analyzed on the basis of the correct finite element models. The analysis results indicated that decreasing the height width ratio of wall,increasing the yield strength of steel,increasing the thickness of end studs and decreasing the vertical loading could increase the shear bearing capacity of composite walls,but made a negligible contribution on the lateral stiffness. The spacing of studs and the setting of lateral braces had little influence. If the thickness of lightweight mortar increased from 20 mm to 50 mm, the shear bearing capacity and lateral stiffness of the wall were 1. 29 and 2. 15 times respectively.
