結晶滲透材料在地下工程防水上之應用

摘要
地下電廠、儲油槽、污水處理廠、隧道以及地下車站等結構體之防水工程,傳統上係於開挖壁體背面舖設不透水布後再回填粒料;惟此施工方式往往因防水材本身之劣化、搬運與施工過程之破損以及舖設或搭接方式不當等因素而形成滲漏途徑,進而造成壁體之漏水或析晶現象,導致空間使用品質與效能之降低。有鑑於此,本文針對在諸多地區已廣泛應用之「結晶滲透型防水材」塗膜工法,將其特有之結晶滲透與裂縫癒合等能力在地下結構體之使用、防水效能以及工程案例等相關問題,作一簡要的介紹,期能有助於工程師在設計分析上之選擇與參考,以提昇國內地下工程防水施工之品質。

ABSTRACT
Traditional waterproofing method for underground power plants, oil storage tanks, sewage plants, tunnels and substations is to apply an impervious membrane onto the external face of a wall and back filled with soil. However, it may not be effective if the waterproofing material deteriorates with time, or if the membrane is damaged during handling, or due to improper overlapping. This Paper introduces a waterproofing technique by crystallization, which has been used extensively around the world. Discussion is focused on the mechanisms of crystallization permeation and crack self-repair. Several cases used in Taiwan are reported. It is hoped that the concepts and engineering practice of waterproofing by crystallization will be helpful to engineers.
