摘要:通过研究确定了耐水腻子膏所需的各种原料的规格和添加量。同时研究了耐水腻子膏的耐水机理,结果表明其耐水性是由于灰钙体系中含有的Ca(OH)2与空气中的CO2碳化结晶,灰钙中的氧化钙对其耐水性没有贡献,还会起到副作用。另外,推荐一种灰钙纯度的检测方法和根据测试的纯度确定配方的方法。

Abstract:This paper studies the specifications and feeding quantity of raw materials to make water resistant putty. It also researches the water-resistant mechanism of this kind of putty. The result indicates that water-resistant property comes from the carbonization between the Ca(OH)2 in the ash calcium and CO2 in the air. The calcium oxide in the ash calcium system contributes little to the water resistance and it even has side effect to the putty. In addition, a test method is recommended to test purity of ash calcium and formula design based the test result.
