摘 要:采用微乳液聚合技术合成涂料印花用聚丙烯酸酯微乳液,通过质量分析法探究了反应过程,并对引发剂、聚合温度、混合乳化剂和二羟基酯类交联单体用量等因素对反应过程中单体转化率、反应速率、乳液粒径的影响进行了探讨.

Abstract: M icro-emulsion polymn.technique was used to synthesize polyacrylic micro-emulsion for pigment printing.The reaction course was researched by gravimetric method.and the influences of the factors.such as initiator.polymn.temp.,mixed emulsifier and dihydroxyl ester cross-linking mOnOmer content etc..on the monomer transition ratio.reaction rate and particle size of the emulsion were discussed.
